In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Incorporate the butter and mix with your hands until it has a sandy texture.
In another bowl, mix the Oikos Greek Yogurt, egg, and water. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing only until combined. Do not overwork the dough.
Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough and cut out circles with a mold.
Place them on the baking sheet lined with paper and brush with the egg. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
