240 milliliters cow's milk, same amount of milk as eggs
200 grams flour, same amount of flour as eggs
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preheat the oven to 230°C.
Mix the eggs, milk, and salt in a bowl and stir with an electric mixer. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Gradually add the flour (which was measured to be exactly the same amount as the eggs), and beat with the mixer until there are no lumps. It should resemble a thick cream.
Put 1/2 teaspoon of oil in each muffin tin and place the tray in the oven until the oil is very hot but not smoking.
Stir the prepared mixture once more and add 2 tablespoons of cold water.
Fill the muffin tins 3/4 full and quickly put them in the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
If there is leftover batter, repeat these steps.
