3 Ingredient Bars

These bars are perfect to fill you with energy and with only 3 ingredients, you can have the perfect snack before training. Also enjoy them with all the benefits of almonds, ranging from controlling blood sugar to lowering cholesterol levels.

  • 4 cups almonds, whole
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups molasses

  • Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
  • Place the almonds on a tray and toast in the oven for 15 minutes, at 150 ° C; stir constantly to toast evenly.
  • In a bowl mix the toasted almonds with the grated coconut and molasses, until completely integrated.
  • Pour the mixture into a square silicone mold, try to flatten with your hands and press to obtain a flat surface. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until mixture is firm. Unmold and cut into a bar shape.
  • Refrigerate again until consumption. Accompany with a hot drink.
