3 Ingredient Bars

  • 4 cups almonds, whole
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups molasses

  • Preheat the oven to 150 °C.
  • Place the almonds on a baking tray and toast in the oven for 15 minutes at 150 °C; stir constantly to toast evenly.
  • In a bowl, mix the toasted almonds with the shredded coconut and molasses until fully combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a square silicone mold, press down with your hands to create a flat surface. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the mixture holds firm. Unmold and cut into bars.
  • Refrigerate again until consumption. Pair with a hot beverage.
