Place the almonds on a baking tray and toast in the oven for 15 minutes at 150 °C; stir constantly to toast evenly.
In a bowl, mix the toasted almonds with the shredded coconut and molasses until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into a square silicone mold, press down with your hands to create a flat surface. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the mixture holds firm. Unmold and cut into bars.
