Preparation
Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
Place the almonds on a tray and toast in the oven for 15 minutes, at 150 ° C; stir constantly to toast evenly.
In a bowl, mix the toasted almonds with the grated coconut and molasses, until completely integrated.
Pour the mixture into a square silicone mold, try to flatten it with your hands and press to obtain a flat surface. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until mixture is firm. Unmold and cut into a bar shape.
Refrigerate again until consumption. Accompany with a hot drink.
