Amaranth Bars with Peanut

These bars are super practical as they are very easy to make and you can prepare them the night before to have them ready to take with you as breakfast wherever you want. These Aladino® Peanut Butter bars with Karo® Syrup, chocolate chips, and shredded coconut are not baked. An excellent option for breakfast when you don't have time to cook.

  • 2 cups amaranth
  • 1 cup Aladino® Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cups Karo® honey
  • 1/2 cups peanuts
  • 1 cup vanilla essence
  • 3/4 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cups shredded coconut

  • In a bowl, mix the amaranth with Aladino® Peanut Butter, Karo® Syrup, peanuts, vanilla essence, chocolate chips, and shredded coconut until you have a homogeneous consistency.
  • Place part of the mixture in a popsicle mold, add the wooden sticks, then add another part to a gelatin mold and press to compact.
  • Freeze for 1 hour, and refrigerate. Enjoy in the mornings with a delicious coffee.
