Amaranth Bars with Peanuts

These bars are super practical since they are very easy to make and you can prepare them from the night before and thus have them ready to take them as breakfast wherever you want. These Aladino® Peanut Butter Bars with Karo® Honey, Chocolate Chips and Shredded Coconut do not bake. Excellent option for breakfast when you don't have time to cook.

  • 2 cups amaranth
  • 1 cup Aladino® Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cups Karo® honey
  • 1/2 cups peanuts
  • 1 cup vanilla essence
  • 3/4 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cups shredded coconut

  • In a bowl mix the amaranth with the Aladino® Peanut Butter, the Karo® Honey, the peanut, the vanilla essence, the chocolate chips and the grated coconut until it has a homogeneous consistency.
  • Place part of the mixture in a popsicle mold, add the wooden sticks, add another part to a jelly mold, press to compact.
  • Freeze for 1 hour, and refrigerate. Enjoy the morning with a delicious coffee.
