Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Spray a cupcake pan with a little cooking spray.
Add the egg whites, onion, bell peppers, asparagus, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to a mixer and beat for 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture into the cupcake molds, filling them up to ¾ of their capacity, and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked. Unmold.
Serve and enjoy.
