2 avocados, halved and pitted
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon shallot, finely chopped
100 grams smoked salmon
2 tablespoons dill
4 eggs
4 pinches salt
4 pinches pepper, ground
1 tablespoon chile flakes

Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Remove a bit of avocado and set aside, add some garlic, shallot, salmon, and dill.
Fill with the egg, season with salt and pepper, and add chili flakes.
