Delicious baked eggs with jocoque. This recipe is very easy and super quick, ideal for a brunch.

2 teaspoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon chives, fresh chopped
2 tablespoons jocoque
pepper, to taste

Position your oven rack in the center and preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Grease two individual souffle or gratin dishes (like the one in the photograph) with butter.
Crack two eggs and pour into each dish (being careful not to break the yolk).
Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chives. With a spoon, pour the jocoque over the eggs.
Bake until the eggs begin to bubble and the edges are lightly browned (about 5 minutes). Remove from the oven and serve.
