Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C). Grease and flour 2 rectangular cake molds.
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In another bowl, using a mixer on medium speed, beat the butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add the honey and mix well. Add the eggs and increase the mixer speed until well combined.
In two parts, add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, alternating with the mashed banana mixture. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
Pour the mixture into two rectangular cake molds and bake for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out dry.
Let cool completely and dust with powdered sugar.
