Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C). Grease and flour 2 rectangular cake molds. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In another bowl, using a mixer on medium speed, beat the butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add the honey and mix well. Add the eggs and increase the mixer speed until well combined.
