4 sun-dried tomatoes, cut into julienne
50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
4 leaves basil, cut into julienne
pepper, to taste
4 slices white bread

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Add the tomato, cheese, and basil and mix.
Prepare 4 small souffle dishes, pour the frittata into the dishes.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the frittata is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve accompanied by toasted bread.
