Blackberry and Cheese Stuffed Pancakes

For those family mornings, nothing better than waking up to the soft and delicate aroma of freshly made pancakes. This time we bring you pancakes filled with irresistible blackberry and cheese, give them a try!

  • 2 cups Tres Estrellas® flour for hot cakes, 850 grams
  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cups blackberry jam
  • 1/4 cups cream cheese
  • blackberries, for decoration

  • In a bowl and with the help of a whisk, mix the flour, milk, eggs, and butter until you obtain a lump-free batter. Set aside.
  • In a frying pan over low heat, add butter, pour 1/2 ladle of the previous batter, and cook for 2 minutes, then add the jam and cream cheese.
  • Add a little more batter just to cover the pancake; cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until well cooked.
  • Serve and decorate with blackberries.
