Mini Egg Muffins with Bacon

A complete breakfast in one dish. These delicious egg muffins have a crispy and savory touch from the turkey bacon and include strips of spinach and cheddar cheese. A great option to give your little ones a different breakfast this back-to-school season.

  • 1/4 cups Great Value® whole milk

  • 1/4 teaspoons white pepper
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cups spinach, cooked
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, in small cubes

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Add the cheese, spinach, and bacon, and mix very well.
  • Pour the egg mixture into a greased cupcake mold. Bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
