Bars are always a very healthy option for breakfast. Prepare these delicious cereal bars with nuts and white chocolate, perfect as a snack. They are quick, as they don't require an oven, and they are very tasty.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a water bath or in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Reserve half of the chocolate.
Add half of the chocolate to a mold lined with wax paper, forming a thin layer. Freeze for 20 minutes.
Add to the bowl the oats, peanuts, grated coconut, sunflower seeds, walnuts, almonds, dried blueberries, honey, and Nestle® Fitness Cereal with the rest of the chocolate. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
Pour the previous mixture into the mold and spread it out. Freeze for 20 minutes or until solid.
Unmold and cut into square bars.
