No-Bake Fitness Cereal Bars

Bars are always a very healthy option for breakfast. Prepare these delicious cereal bars with nuts and white chocolate, perfect as a snack. They are quick, as they don't require an oven, and they are very tasty.

  • 1 cup white chocolate, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cups peanuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cups sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cups walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cups almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cups dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cups honey
  • 1 cup cereal Fitness De Nestle®

  • Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a water bath or in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Reserve half of the chocolate.
  • Add half of the chocolate to a mold lined with wax paper, forming a thin layer. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  • Add to the bowl the oats, peanuts, grated coconut, sunflower seeds, walnuts, almonds, dried blueberries, honey, and Nestle® Fitness Cereal with the rest of the chocolate. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
  • Pour the previous mixture into the mold and spread it out. Freeze for 20 minutes or until solid.
  • Unmold and cut into square bars.
