2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoons salt
3 1/2 tablespoons butter, cold, cut into pieces
1/3 cups cheddar cheese, fine grated
2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
3/4 cups cow's milk, to make the buttermilk
1/4 cups water

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Stir well.
Cut the butter into pieces and put in a food processor.
Add the mixed flour and press a couple of times.
Add cheese and bacon. Press again twice.
Add milk with lemon, and 1/4 cup of water. Press until the dry ingredients get wet.
In a baking tray (previously greased) spoon 2 tablespoons of the dough (well separated) and fill the tray with the biscuits.
Cook for 11 minutes in the oven or until golden brown.
Serve hot.
