1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoons salt
3 1/2 tablespoons butter, fried, cut into pieces
1/3 cups cheddar cheese, finely grated
2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
3/4 cups cow's milk, to make the buttermilk
1/4 cups water

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Stir well.
Cut the butter into pieces and place in a food processor.
Add the mixed flour and pulse a few times.
Add the cheese and bacon. Pulse again two times.
Add the milk with lemon, and 1/4 cup of water. Pulse until the dry ingredients are moistened.
On a greased baking sheet, use a spoon to place 2 tablespoons of the dough (well spaced) and fill the sheet with the biscuits.
Bake for 11 minutes in the oven or until golden brown.
Serve hot.
