  • 1 kilo tomatillo
  • 3 serrano chiles
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 kilo corn tortillas
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 10 grams dry chicken broth or bouillon
  • 300 grams chorizo

  • Put the tomatoes and chilies to boil in a pot with one liter of water. Then blend them with the cooking water, garlic, onion, and salt.
  • In a pot, place the sauce, and after it boils, add the baking soda, the chicken broth powder, and mix. Add the tortillas.
  • Allow the sauce to reduce for about 5 minutes.
  • In a hot skillet with a little vegetable oil, fry the chorizo.
  • Add the chorizo to the sauce. Serve.
