1 kilo tomatillo
3 serrano chiles
1 clove garlic
1/4 onions
1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1 kilo corn tortillas
1 liter water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
10 grams dry chicken broth or bouillon
300 grams chorizo

Put the tomatoes and chilies to boil in a pot with one liter of water. Then blend them with the cooking water, garlic, onion, and salt.
In a pot, place the sauce, and after it boils, add the baking soda, the chicken broth powder, and mix. Add the tortillas.
Allow the sauce to reduce for about 5 minutes.
In a hot skillet with a little vegetable oil, fry the chorizo.
Add the chorizo to the sauce. Serve.
