Spray all the tortilla chips with PAM® Original and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Roast the tomatoes, onion, and garlic on a griddle; blend with the chipotle pepper and strain. Spray two shots of PAM® Original in a saucepan, cook the sauce for five minutes, and season it.
Mix the sauce with the cream cold. In a baking dish, layer the tortillas and bathe them with the sauce, add the chicken and cheese to melt. Bake at 120°C for twenty minutes.
