Cream Cheese Eggs

  • 1/2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 stick cream cheese

  • Place half a teaspoon of oil in the pan, set the heat to low. Once hot, add the onion and cilantro (finely chopped) until the onion looks transparent.
  • Beat four eggs in a small bowl, add a pinch of chicken bouillon powder and Maggi sauce; mix well.
  • Pour the egg contents into the pan and spread it out on very low heat; when it takes on a layer-like consistency, place the cream cheese and fold the egg into a taco shape.
  • It should be flipped four times on each side to allow the cream cheese to infuse its flavor.
  • Serve it immediately.
