  • 1 egg, for the crepe batter
  • 1 cup flour, for the crepe batter
  • 3/4 cups milk, for the crepe batter
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt, for the crepe batter
  • 1/2 teaspoons sugar, for the crepe batter
  • 2 tablespoons butter, for the crepe batter

  • 8 tablespoons Nutella®, 15 g per serving

  • Blend the egg, flour, milk, salt, sugar, and butter until you get a light batter.
  • Heat a small skillet over low heat, add cooking spray, pour a little of the crepe batter, and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Spread a portion of Nutella®, fold in half and roll up.
  • Serve the filled crepe accompanied by fruit and a glass of milk.
