We reinvent French toast now with a crunchy and delicious touch that only Nestlé Cereals can provide. This French toast is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, accompanied by red fruits and maple syrup; it will be the winning breakfast to start your mornings.
On a flat plate, pour the Nestlé® Corn Flakes and set aside until use.
In a bowl, sift the wheat flour together with the baking powder, pour in the milk, and add the egg, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix the flour with a whisk.
Dip the slices in the previous mixture, drain the excess, and on a flat plate with Nestlé® Corn Flakes, completely cover the bread with the cereal flakes.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with butter, add the slices of bread, and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
Serve on a plate and accompany with raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, mint, and maple syrup.
