  • Cut the croissants into medium-sized cubes and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the eggs, Santa Clara® Lactose-Free Milk, heavy cream, Manchego cheese, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • Add the croissants, turkey ham, and Manchego cheese to a baking dish and mix with your hands. Then, pour the egg mixture with Santa Clara® Lactose-Free Milk and bake the croissant casserole at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
