4 bolillo rolls, cut in half
250 grams Oaxaca cheese
250 grams chorizo, or longaniza
1 cup refried beans
salsa

Fry the longaniza or chorizo.
Spread refried beans on all halves of the bolillo.
Shred the Oaxaca cheese and distribute over the bolillos until the beans are covered.
Microwave for 1 minute or until perfectly melted.
Remove from the microwave and place longaniza on top of the cheese.
Add salsa to taste or pico de gallo.
