  • 4 bolillo rolls, cut in half
  • 250 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 250 grams chorizo, or longaniza
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • salsa

  • Fry the longaniza or chorizo.
  • Spread refried beans on all halves of the bolillo.
  • Shred the Oaxaca cheese and distribute over the bolillos until the beans are covered.
  • Microwave for 1 minute or until perfectly melted.
  • Remove from the microwave and place longaniza on top of the cheese.
  • Add salsa to taste or pico de gallo.
