2 slices deli ham
2 asparagus

Preheat the oven to 180ºC
First, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
Whip the egg whites with chopped ham until stiff peaks form.
Place the whipped egg whites on a baking sheet. Make small indentations in the center to add the yolks later.
Bake them at about 200ºC for 4 or 5 minutes, add the yolks, and put them back in the oven for two more minutes.
Wrap the asparagus with the ham and grill them briefly in a pan.
