Egg Clouds with Ham

Pamper the most special people with this delicious easy egg breakfast with ham. But of course, this is not a common recipe, these are some special egg clouds with ham that will undoubtedly make breakfast time more special.

  • 4 San Juan® eggs
  • 2 slices deli ham
  • 2 asparagus
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 180º (357 °F)
  • Separate the yolks from the whites first.
  • Beat the whites with chopped ham until soft peak forms.
  • Place the beaten egg whites on parchment paper. Make small holes in the center to place the yolks.
  • Bake at 200ºC (392°F) for 4 or 5 minutes, add the yolks and bake them two more minutes in the oven.
  • Wrap the asparagus with the ham and roast them for a moment in a pan.
