2 slices deli ham
2 asparagus

Preheat the oven to 180º (357 °F)
Separate the yolks from the whites first.
Beat the whites with chopped ham until soft peak forms.
Place the beaten egg whites on parchment paper. Make small holes in the center to place the yolks.
Bake at 200ºC (392°F) for 4 or 5 minutes, add the yolks and bake them two more minutes in the oven.
Wrap the asparagus with the ham and roast them for a moment in a pan.
