Ingredients

2 servings
  • 4 pieces of San Juan® egg
  • 2 slices of Ham
  • 2 pieces of asparagus
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of black pepper

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180º
    Separate the yolks from the whites first.
    Beat the whites with chopped ham on the snow.
    Place the beaten egg whites on baking paper. Make small holes in the center to then put the yolks.
    Bake at 200 º C for 4 or 5 minutes, add the yolks and put them two more minutes in the oven.
    Wrap the asparagus with the ham and roast them for a moment in a pan.
