Egg Cupcakes

Try this delicious recipe that will make your breakfast easier every morning, as it allows you to experience different flavors thanks to the rich combination of Huevo San Juan® and vegetables.

  • 6 San Juan® eggs

  • 2 slices deli ham
  • 4 slices salami
  • 2 slices bacon, cut in half
  • 1/2 pumpkins, in slices
  • 1/4 cups button mushrooms, in slices
  • 1/4 cups spinach

  • Spray the spray oil in a cupcake mold.
  • Place the ingredients randomly in the mold, you can combine ham with bacon, salami, vegetables, etc. Make sure that the bottoms of each mold are completely covered with the respective ingredients.
  • Pour a piece of Huevo San Juan® into each of them. Add salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C.
  • Serve in molds and garnish with chives.
