Entomatadas are an easy recipe to prepare, since you can do everything in a pan, with accessible ingredients and a delicious flavor thanks to Del Fuerte®.
1 cup Del Fuerte® natural tomato purée, for the sauce

1 cup onion, finely chopped

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the onion, garlic, guajillo chili, morita chili, allspice and cumin for 3 minutes, add the chicken broth and the natural Del Fuerte® tomato puree, cook for 5 more minutes or until ingredients are tender. Let it cool.
Blend the ingredients from the previous step with a little salt. Return to the pan where you initially fried them and fry again at medium heat with a little oil for 5 minutes. Reservation.
In a bowl, beat the egg with the milk and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium / low heat with a little oil and sauté the chopped onion for 3 minutes, until it is transparent, then add the egg and cook 5 minutes, until it is completely cooked.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil and cook the tortillas for 5 seconds on each side.
Fill the fried tortillas with the egg, bathe with the sauce, accompany with cream and cheese, and decorate with onion, cilantro and avocado.
