Entomatadas are an easy recipe to prepare, since you can do everything in a pan, with accessible ingredients and a delicious flavor thanks to Del Fuerte®.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • enough vegetal oil
  • 1/4 cups onion, for the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, for the sauce
  • 2 guajillo chilies, clean, for the sauce
  • 2 morita chili peppers, clean, for the sauce
  • 2 allspices, for the sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons cumin, for the sauce
  • 1 cup chicken soup, for the sauce
  • 1 cup Pure Natural Tomato Puree®, for the sauce
  • to taste salt
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • to taste salt
  • enough vegetal oil
  • enough tortilla
  • enough cream, To accompany
  • enough fresh cheese, crumbled, to accompany
  • enough red onion, filleted, to accompany
  • enough coriander, to decorate
  • enough avocado, to decorate

Preparation

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the onion, garlic, guajillo chili, morita chili, allspice and cumin for 3 minutes, add the chicken broth and the natural Del Fuerte® tomato puree, cook for 5 more minutes or until ingredients are tender. Let it cool.
Blend the ingredients from the previous step with a little salt. Return to the pan where you initially fried them and fry again at medium heat with a little oil for 5 minutes. Reservation.
In a bowl, beat the egg with the milk and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium / low heat with a little oil and sauté the chopped onion for 3 minutes, until it is transparent, then add the egg and cook 5 minutes, until it is completely cooked.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil and cook the tortillas for 5 seconds on each side.
Fill the fried tortillas with the egg, bathe with the sauce, accompany with cream and cheese, and decorate with onion, cilantro and avocado.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with cream and cheese; garnish with onion, cilantro and avocado.

TIPS

Sauté the tortillas so they do not break and fold easily when filling.
