Egg waffle with ham and cheese

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups spinach, in strips
  • 1/2 cups pumpkin, grated
  • 1/2 cups Lala® manchego cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • virginia turkey ham Lala® Plenia®, sliced, to serve
  • pico de gallo, to accompany

  • On a cutting board, dice the Lala® Plenia® Virginia Turkey Ham into small cubes.
  • In a bowl, mix the egg, milk, spinach, zucchini, Lala® Plenia® Virginia Turkey Ham, Lala® manchego cheese, and whisk. Add the flour, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the mixture in the waffle maker and cook for 5 minutes.
