Eggs in Ham

This way of preparing eggs is ideal for when you have a breakfast with many people since you cook them in the oven. They look very nice in the cups of ham. Perfect for breakfast.

  • 1 cup button mushrooms, in thin slices
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 slice deli ham, (slices)
  • pepper

  • Chop the mushrooms and the onion.
  • Put the onion in the skillet with a little oil until it becomes translucent. Add the mushrooms with a little salt and sauté until they release all their liquid, about 10 minutes.
  • Spray a cupcake tray with cooking spray.
  • Place the slices of ham in the flower-shaped cupcake molds.
  • Fill the ham with a large spoonful of cooked mushrooms and crack an egg on top. Do the same with the rest of the eggs. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
  • Bake in the oven at 200 degrees (400 F) for 15 minutes until the whites are cooked and the yolks are soft.
  • Remove from the molds with the help of two spoons.
  • Serve on top of toasted bread cut into rounds (using an upside-down glass) and serve immediately.
