This way of preparing eggs is ideal for when you have a breakfast with many people since you cook them in the oven. They look very nice in the cups of ham. Perfect for breakfast.
Put the onion in the skillet with a little oil until it becomes translucent. Add the mushrooms with a little salt and sauté until they release all their liquid, about 10 minutes.
Spray a cupcake tray with cooking spray.
Place the slices of ham in the flower-shaped cupcake molds.
Fill the ham with a large spoonful of cooked mushrooms and crack an egg on top. Do the same with the rest of the eggs. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees (400 F) for 15 minutes until the whites are cooked and the yolks are soft.
Remove from the molds with the help of two spoons.
Serve on top of toasted bread cut into rounds (using an upside-down glass) and serve immediately.
