Eggs with Green Beans

  • 2 cups green beans, without tips

  • Heat water in a pot until it boils, then add baking soda and salt, subsequently add the green beans and cook for 30 seconds, remove, and strain immediately.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, then pour in the vegetable oil and the green beans you boiled, and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Bring the bowl with the egg closer, beat it with a fork, and pour it immediately.
  • Cook the egg for 6 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • Serve the egg accompanied by tortillas, salsa martajada, and beans.
