2 avocados
2 tomatoes
1/4 onions

fresh cilantro

Preheat the oven to 210ºC.
Dice the tomato and onion into small cubes.
In a bowl, add the egg whites, tomato, onion, and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the avocados in half and, using a spoon, scoop out the excess avocado.
Serve the mixture in the avocados.
Place the avocados on a baking tray and put them in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove them from the oven, and garnish with cilantro.
