500 grams puff pastry
6 eggs
200 grams chorizo, in slices
salt
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Using puff pastry, form 6 squares with high edges to prevent the egg from spilling out.
Place them on a greased baking tray.
In each pastry, place an egg, four slices of chorizo, a little salt, and sprinkle with cilantro.
Bake in the oven at 180ºC for about 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve.
