Fried Eggs with Chorizo

A creative way to prepare fried eggs with chorizo, it’s a delicious and very original breakfast that your whole family will love.

  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 grams chorizo, in slices
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Using puff pastry, form 6 squares with high edges to prevent the egg from spilling out.
  • Place them on a greased baking tray.
  • In each pastry, place an egg, four slices of chorizo, a little salt, and sprinkle with cilantro.
  • Bake in the oven at 180ºC for about 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Serve.
