Fried Eggs with Chorizo

  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 grams chorizo, sliced
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

  • With the puff pastry form 6 squares with high edges so that the egg does not come out.
  • Put them in a greased baking tray.
  • In each puff pastry put an egg, four slices of chorizo, little salt and sprinkle with cilantro.
  • Bake at 180ºC for about 20 or 25 minutes.
  • To serve.
