500 grams puff pastry
6 eggs
200 grams chorizo, sliced
salt
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

With the puff pastry form 6 squares with high edges so that the egg does not come out.
Put them in a greased baking tray.
In each puff pastry put an egg, four slices of chorizo, little salt and sprinkle with cilantro.
Bake at 180ºC for about 20 or 25 minutes.
To serve.
