Ham and Eggs Sandwich

A delicious sandwich of ham and eggs for breakfast and spend a rich weekend.

  • 8 slices artisan bread roll, thick
  • 450 grams Gruyère cheese, sliced
  • 500 grams roast beef, sliced
  • 1/2 cups butter, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs

  • Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Grease all slices of bread on both sides.
  • Make the sandwich: a bread, a slice of cheese, a ham, then a cheese. Use a cutter in the shape of a circle and cut one through ham, cheese and bread. Cover with a bread without hollow.
  • In a pan that can be put in the oven place the sandwiches with the hole down until they are golden. Flip the sandwiches and put the starry egg in the hole.
  • Transfer the pan to the oven and cook until the egg is ready 10 - 12 minutes.
