Delicious and original Jamaica patties with no carbohydrates, accompanied by a fresh salad and a spicy avocado puree. Ideal for dinner time so you don’t go to bed feeling heavy.
In a bowl, mix the cooked Jamaica, the egg, the white onion, season to your liking, and add the coconut flour. Mix very well to form all the patties, set the patties aside.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil and add the patties to cook for 5 minutes on each side. Remove the patties and set aside.
Serve the patties with a cucumber salad with lettuce and avocado puree. If desired, you can add lemon juice. Enjoy.
