Egg White Omelette

To start the day right, there’s nothing like a complete breakfast, full of protein and vegetables. The ideal is that it is easy and quick to prepare.

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 clove garlic, small
  • 300 grams fresh spinach, washed and disinfected
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 30 grams Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Whisk the egg whites until they are slightly frothy and season with salt and pepper.
  • Finely chop the garlic and cut the spinach.
  • Sauté the garlic in a teaspoon of oil, add the spinach, and cook on low heat for 2 minutes. Stir-fry and remove from heat.
  • Pour the egg whites to form a tortilla. Cook for 1 minute and flip. Cook the other side for 1 more minute.
  • Place some of the spinach mixture on the egg tortilla. Sprinkle the cheese and fold it like a quesadilla.
  • Remove from heat and serve, sprinkling with sesame seeds.
