Egg White Frittata

  • 150 grams San Juan® egg whites
  • 25 grams onion, finely chopped
  • 25 grams red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 50 grams Manchego cheese, light, grated
  • 10 grams butter
  • 20 grams olive oil
  • 25 grams spinach, washed and disinfected
  • 40 milliliters cow's milk, whole
  • salt and pepper

  • Beat the egg whites with the milk and half of the grated cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Melt the butter and mix with the olive oil in a pan.
  • Cook the onion and the bell pepper. Add the spinach in strips. Once everything is cooked, add the egg mixture.
  • Lower the heat, cover, and let cook for 5 to 7 minutes; this will also depend on the size of the pan.
  • Place on a plate, garnish with the other half of the cheese, and decorate.
