Northern Migas

This delicious dish typical of the north of the country is irresistible for a complete and nutritious breakfast. You can add avocado or your preferred salsa. Additionally, you can accompany it with Del Valle 100% grape juice.

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 8 corn tortillas, in small cubes
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper

  • Heat the oil in a pan over high heat and fry the tortillas. Drain the excess oil.
  • Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Add them to the pan and cook until done, stirring constantly.
  • Serve with crushed salsa.
