8 corn tortillas, in small cubes
1/4 onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic
8 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper

Heat the oil in a pan over high heat and fry the tortillas. Drain the excess oil.
Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes.
Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Add them to the pan and cook until done, stirring constantly.
Serve with crushed salsa.
