Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3 spoonfuls of oil
  • 8 Corn tortillas in squares
  • 1/4 of onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper

    Preparation

    Heat the oil in a pan over high heat and fry the tortillas. Drain the excess oil.
    Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes.
    Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Add them to the pan and cook until they are cooked while continuing to move.
    Serve with sautéed sauce.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with sauce and refried beans.

    TIPS

    Heat the oil well so that the tortillas do not absorb much fat.
