Omelette in a Hole

  • 4 slices sandwich bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 serrano chiles
  • deli ham
  • cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

  • Chop the onion, chilies, tomatoes and ham finely.
  • Fry the 4 ingredients in a pan over low heat.
  • Cut the center of the bread leaving the pure shore.
  • Separate 4 servings of the fried vegetables in each bun.
  • Beat 1 egg in each pan over the vegetables slowly avoiding the egg to come out below.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Once the egg is cooked a little, add grated cheese and cover with the center of each bread.
  • Turn it over, let it melt and brown well. It serves.
