Prepare this simple recipe for breakfast and surprise everyone at home with an omelette in a pan. Something innovative and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of box bread
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 2 pieces of tomato
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • 2 pieces of chile serrano
  • to taste of Ham
  • to taste of cheese grated
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Chop the onion, chilies, tomatoes and ham finely.
    Fry the 4 ingredients in a pan over low heat.
    Cut the center of the bread leaving the pure shore.
    Separate 4 servings of the fried vegetables in each bun.
    Beat 1 egg in each pan over the vegetables slowly avoiding the egg to come out below.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Once the egg is cooked a little, add grated cheese and cover with the center of each bread.
    Turn it over, let it melt and brown well. It serves.
