Bacon Quiche

A delicious quiche that is very easy and quick to prepare. Ideal for serving as breakfast, dinner, or as a snack. In addition to being nutritious, it is very versatile as you can make it with whatever you fancy: asparagus, ham, serrano ham, etc...

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 package bacon
  • 200 grams Chihuahua cheese, grated
  • puff pastry
  • salt
  • 200 milliliters cow's milk
  • butter

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Fry the bacon until it is slightly browned. Remove excess fat and set aside.
  • Beat the 4 eggs with the cheese, bacon, milk, and salt to taste.
  • Grease a baking dish and cover it with puff pastry. Instead of puff pastry, you can use slices of bread flattened with a rolling pin or not use any base for a lighter quiche.
  • Pour the mixture you made into the baking dish.
  • Put it in the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until the center is cooked (firm).
