A delicious quiche that is very easy and quick to prepare. Ideal for serving as breakfast, dinner, or as a snack.
In addition to being nutritious, it is very versatile as you can make it with whatever you fancy: asparagus, ham, serrano ham, etc...
Fry the bacon until it is slightly browned. Remove excess fat and set aside.
Beat the 4 eggs with the cheese, bacon, milk, and salt to taste.
Grease a baking dish and cover it with puff pastry. Instead of puff pastry, you can use slices of bread flattened with a rolling pin or not use any base for a lighter quiche.
Pour the mixture you made into the baking dish.
Put it in the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until the center is cooked (firm).
