  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Fry the bacon to a little golden brown. Remove excess fat and separate.
  • Beat the 4 eggs with cheese, bacon, milk and salt to taste.
  • Grease a refractory and cover with puff pastry. Instead of hallodre pasta you can use slices of bimbo bread previously crushed with a rolling pin or not use any base for a quiche more light.
  • Pour the mixture you made into the refractory.
  • Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the center is cooked (firm).
