Delicious roll of puff pastry stuffed with egg, ham, cheese, sausage and bacon. Perfect to eat at breakfast or dinner. The puff pastry is golden and crunchy, the filling gives it a very tasty flavor. It is an easy recipe to make and delicious!

4 slices turkey deli ham
100 grams Oaxaca cheese
4 turkey sausage
1 egg, to varnish
butter, necessary amount

Beat the eggs with salt to taste in a pan heat the oil and pour the eggs, mix and cook until the eggs are cooked.
In a pan melt the butter and pour the eggs, mix and cook until the eggs are cooked.
Fry the bacon
, ham and sausage.
Parts the ham in pictures and the sausage in strips.
On a floured surface, with the help of a rolling pin, spread the dough; the ham, cheese, bacon, sausages and finally the egg are placed in the center.
Roll carefully and place in a tray previously greased and floured; seal the edges and varnish the roll with the beaten egg.
Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
