500 grams puff pastry
4 slices turkey deli ham
100 grams Oaxaca cheese
4 turkey sausage
1 egg, for brushing
butter, necessary amount
4 slices bacon

Beat the eggs with salt to taste in a pan, heat the oil, and pour in the eggs, mixing and cooking until the eggs are cooked.
In a skillet, melt the butter and pour in the eggs, mix and cook until the eggs are cooked.
Fry the bacon, ham, and sausage.
Cut the ham into squares and the sausage into strips.
On a floured surface, use a rolling pin to extend the dough; place the ham, cheese, bacon, sausages, and finally, the egg in the center.
Carefully roll it up and place it on a greased and floured baking sheet; seal the edges and brush the roll with the beaten egg.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
