Egg Roll

Delicious puff pastry roll filled with egg, ham, cheese, sausage, and bacon. Perfect for breakfast or dinner. The puff pastry turns golden and crispy, and the filling adds a very tasty flavor. It’s an easy and delicious recipe!

  • 5 eggs
  • salt, to taste
  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 4 slices turkey deli ham
  • 100 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 4 turkey sausage
  • 1 egg, for brushing
  • butter, necessary amount
  • 4 slices bacon

  • Beat the eggs with salt to taste in a pan, heat the oil, and pour in the eggs, mixing and cooking until the eggs are cooked.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter and pour in the eggs, mix and cook until the eggs are cooked.
  • Fry the bacon, ham, and sausage.
  • Cut the ham into squares and the sausage into strips.
  • On a floured surface, use a rolling pin to extend the dough; place the ham, cheese, bacon, sausages, and finally, the egg in the center.
  • Carefully roll it up and place it on a greased and floured baking sheet; seal the edges and brush the roll with the beaten egg.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
