Egg with Tortilla crumbs

Most of the grandmothers fed us rich things, this is a very common recipe in Mexico and my great grandmother prepared it many times, not because of its humble ingredients means it is not tasty, I recommend them.

  • 4 corn tortillas, cut into squares
  • vegetable oil, necessary amount

  • 1/2 avocados
  • salsas, from chorizo ​​or homemade to taste

  • The tortillas are divided into squares.
  • Place a frying pan with oil over medium heat (1/4 cup approximately). Once hot, add the cut tortillas to fry until they are half toasted.
  • Add the eggs and mix until they are to taste are tender or well cooked.
  • Cut the avocado into cubes or thin slices.
  • It is divided into 4 portions in the pan and put in 4 plates, garnished with avocado on the sides and the sauce on the eggs.
