Most of the grandmothers fed us rich things, this is a very common recipe in Mexico and my great grandmother prepared it many times, not because of its humble ingredients means it is not tasty, I recommend them.

4 corn tortillas, cut into squares
vegetable oil, necessary amount
salt, to taste
1/2 avocados
salsas, from chorizo or homemade to taste

The tortillas are divided into squares.
Place a frying pan with oil over medium heat (1/4 cup approximately). Once hot, add the cut tortillas to fry until they are half toasted.
Add the eggs and mix until they are to taste are tender or well cooked.
Cut the avocado into cubes or thin slices.
It is divided into 4 portions in the pan and put in 4 plates, garnished with avocado on the sides and the sauce on the eggs.
