Eggs in Bean Sauce

For a complete breakfast, prepare this recipe for eggs in bean sauce and start the day with lots of energy.

  • 1/2 teaspoons Knorr® Swiss granulated chicken broth
  • 2 cups black beans, Cooked
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 corn tortillas
  • cooking spray
  • 100 grams turkey deli ham, diced
  • 1 dried árbol chile, without seeds
  • 4 teaspoons sour cream
  • 4 teaspoons Cotija cheese

  • To prepare the bean sauce, blend the beans with the water and season with the Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth.
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil and fry them, add the chili and boil for 3 minutes.
  • In a frying pan, fry the tortillas with the cooking spray and reserve them.
  • Fry the eggs two by two at the desired cooking time and place on an omelette.
  • Roast the ham and spread it on the previously prepared eggs.
  • Bathe them with the bean sauce, spread cream and cheese, an excellent option for breakfast.
