Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 teaspoons Knorr® Swiss granulated chicken broth
  • 2 cups black beans, Cooked
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 corn tortillas
  • spray oils
  • 100 grams turkey ham, diced
  • 1 dried chili, without seeds
  • 4 teaspoons cream
  • 4 teaspoons Cotija cheese

Preparation

To prepare the bean sauce, blend the beans with the water and season with the Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil and fry them, add the chili and boil for 3 minutes.
In a frying pan, fry the tortillas with the cooking spray and reserve them.
Fry the eggs two by two at the desired cooking time and place on an omelette.
Roast the ham and spread it on the previously prepared eggs.
Bathe them with the bean sauce, spread cream and cheese, an excellent option for breakfast.
