Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 teaspoons Knorr® Swiss granulated chicken broth
  • 2 cups black bean, Cooked
  • 1 cup Water
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 corn tortillas
  • spray oils
  • 100 grams turkey ham, cut into cubes
  • 1 dried chili, without seeds
  • 4 teaspoons cream
  • 4 teaspoons Cotija cheese

Preparation

To prepare the bean sauce liquefy the beans with the water and season with the Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth.
Place 1/2 teaspoon of oil and sauté, add the chili and let boil 3 minutes.
In a pan, fry the tortillas with the cooking spray and store them.
Fry the eggs in pairs at the desired cooking time and place on a tortilla.
Roast the ham and spread it on the previously prepared eggs.
To bathe them with the sauce of bean, to spread cream and cheese, excellent option for the breakfast.
