  • In a deep bowl, mix the whole egg, egg whites, milk, salt and pepper and lightly beat with a fork.
  • Heat a pan and grease with cooking spray.
  • Cut the asparagus into pieces and cook in the pan for 2 minutes.
  • Add the eggs and goat cheese to the skillet and stir for 10 minutes or until the egg and asparagus are well done.
