Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons goat cheese
  • 3 asparagus
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

In a deep bowl, mix the whole egg, egg whites, milk, salt and pepper and lightly beat with a fork.
Heat a pan and grease with cooking spray.
Cut the asparagus into pieces and cook in the pan for 2 minutes.
Add the eggs and goat cheese to the skillet and stir for 10 minutes or until the egg and asparagus are well done.

PRESENTATION

Accompany the eggs with Mexican green sauce.

TIPS
