Scrambled Egg Whites with Vegetables in the Microwave

A delicious breakfast, easy and above all quick. The San Juan® Egg Whites Scrambled with Vegetables in the Microwave are perfect for those days when you don't have time to cook and want to eat something tasty and healthy.

  • 1/4 cups San Juan® egg whites
  • 4 tablespoons frozen vegetable, Mixed frozen vegetables
  • 1/2 teaspoons onion
  • 1/4 teaspoons árbol chile
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese powder
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • Place the frozen vegetables in a baking dish and heat them in the microwave for 30 seconds on high. Dry the vegetables with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, pour the San Juan® Egg Whites, the vegetables, onion, chili, and a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese. Mix the ingredients well and season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour a teaspoon of olive oil into a mug and remove the excess with a napkin.
  • Pour the San Juan® Egg Whites mixture into the greased mug.
  • Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high for one minute.
  • Remove the mug from the microwave and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Ready! A delicious breakfast with San Juan® Egg Whites.
