1/4 cups Oikos® greek style yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup kale
1 garlic
6 eggs
60 grams feta cheese
salt and pepper
chile flakes

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet, add the kale, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, then add the garlic and continue cooking.
Meanwhile, beat the eggs and Oikos yoghurt in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the kale and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the eggs until they reach your preferred doneness.
Serve on a plate and finish with feta cheese and peperoncino.
