Scrambled Eggs with Feta Cheese, Yoghurt, and Kale

Scrambled eggs with yoghurt are very creamy and have a delicious flavor, complement your family's breakfast with this recipe.

  • 1/4 cups Oikos® greek style yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 garlic
  • 6 eggs
  • 60 grams feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • chile flakes

  • Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet, add the kale, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, then add the garlic and continue cooking.
  • Meanwhile, beat the eggs and Oikos yoghurt in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the kale and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the eggs until they reach your preferred doneness.
  • Serve on a plate and finish with feta cheese and peperoncino.
